Another win on the road against Oakland Wolves for the WBBL team to maintain our hopes of securing a top four finish. Georgia Gayle came away with 19 points and nine assists, with Karly Murphy putting up 15-points and 17-rebound double-double.
Some milestones were reached during the match. Helen Naylor now passes Georgia Anderson to move up to second in the all-time WBBL Championship scoring charts with 2228 points. Now only trailing Cat Carr. Georgia Gayle also joined the 1000 point scoring club in the WBBL championship. Congratulations to them.
There was also a big win for the Division 2 team against Stockport at home to retain their position at the top of the league.
Both the under 16 teams suffered losses this weekend with the U16 conference team narrowly losing their away match.
The U14 Premier team made the long journey to Bromsgrove Bears and won to continue their impressive winning streak for the season. They are top of the table having not yet lost a game.
